Welcome To Mendocino Coast Property Management, Inc.
Mendocino Coast Property Management, Inc. is the name of our company as of July 1, 2015. Our prior name was Century 21 Fort Bragg Realty which was established in 1984. Our team consists of a Property Manager and two assistants. All are members of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Property Managers (NARPM).
We attend the California Chapter of NARPM’s annual meeting in order to keep abreast of all Rules, Regulations, Laws and any changes.
The Beautiful Mendocino Coast with the Pacific Ocean and towering Redwoods is our home. The area we cover is Westport to Navarro Ridge Road just south of Albion.

About The Founders
Barbara D. Clark (June 21, 1942 – September 9, 2016) founded Century 21 Fort Bragg Realty Property Management Division in 1984 and renamed it to Mendocino Coast Property Management in 2015. The team she built with her husband, Paul, has dedicated over 30 years to providing the highest quality services to owners in the Mendocino Coast community.
Paul Clark originally came from Portland, Oregon and moved to Fort Bragg in 1976 as an accountant with Georgia Pacific Corp. Two years later, he started a career in Real Estate and later on opened the first office which became a Century 21 Franchise in Fort Bragg. Paul was on the Fort Bragg City Planning Commission for around two years during the General Plan implementation and has been closely following City Government and Actions to this day.
Meet Our Team
The knowledge I have gained through the years with the growth of the Property Management Division and my banking background has me capable of handling all aspects of the business. The company name changed in 2015 to “Mendocino Coast Property Management”. The challenge of this job is never ending on keeping up with all new laws, rules and regulations.
I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Local California Chapter which hold annual meetings that I look forward to attending. Having my real estate license also provides me membership to the California Association of Realtors (CAR). Not being afraid to admit that I don’t know all answers to questions I have NARPM and CAR for support and education to get the correct answer.
I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and CALNARPM the California Division. I go to conferences yearly to keep up with new rules, regulations and laws so that we can manage your properties with confidence. . I am a member of CAR (California Association of Realtors).
