Decisions are based on income, credit, criminal and rental history. We require income that is at least three times the monthly rent. Once approved for a property, it will remain on the market until a security deposit is paid. That deposit must be made in certified funds such as a money order or cashier’s check. If pets are approved, additional deposits will be required.
Prior to moving in, the first month’s rent will need to be paid by certified funds. Please note that federal laws supersede any state laws regarding marijuana and other controlled substances.
