What You’ll Need
Your application will require the following:
Make sure each occupant 18 years of age or older fills out a separate application.
All occupants, including children, must be listed on the application.
Documentation of income.
Contact information for current and previous landlords.
Contact information for employers. Self-employed individuals must supply two years of tax returns.
Information on vehicles and pets.
Disclosure of any residents who smoke.
$40 application fee per person to cover the cost of checking credit and criminal reports.
Rental Criteria:
Decisions are based on income, credit, criminal and rental history. We require income that is at least three times the monthly rent. Once approved for a property, it will remain on the market until a security deposit is paid. That deposit must be made in certified funds such as a money order or cashier’s check. If pets are approved, additional deposits will be required.
Prior to moving in, the first month’s rent will need to be paid by certified funds. Please note that federal laws supersede any state laws regarding marijuana and other controlled substances.
