We have single family properties, multi-family units and commercial properties available for rent. Here’s what you need to know before you browse our rentals:

  • We won’t charge you an application fee until we have completed our screening process and we need to check your credit and your criminal history. At that point, we’ll ask for $40 per adult 18 or over who will be living in the property. We run credit and criminal checks on all residents who are 18 years or older.

  • One application is all you need to complete. If there are a few properties you’d like to see, your single application will cover them. We keep applications on file for six months. Prospective tenants will not be shown any properties until a completed application is on file.

  • Income requirements are in place for all residents. Generally, we require tenants to earn at least three times the amount of monthly rent. We’ll combine income from all the residents to meet this requirement, and any utilities that are included will be taken into consideration.

  • Please be patient. After you pay the $40 fee for the credit and criminal checks, it will take seven to 10 days to process your application. We will let you know as soon as you are approved and if you are declined, we will tell you why.

  • None of our properties are 215-friendly. All tenants will be required to sign a statement acknowledging this and agreeing not to grow, cultivate or use marijuana or controlled substances in the property. We follow federal law on this matter.
